Kusintha by Bitz | Colourful glassware with refined details
The Kusintha collection by Bitz is a striking range of recycled glass that blends thoughtful design with sustainability. It includes glasses, carafes, plates, bowls, serving dishes, vases and tealight holders, all available in warm tones such as amber, purple, green, blue and clear glass. The glass plates feature a delicate radial relief, while the glasses and carafes are finished with a stylish vertical ribbed texture. The carafes come in two versions: a tall model with a handle and a more slender design with a porcelain swing top. Every piece in the collection shows great attention to detail and a strong sense of craftsmanship.
Design with a mission
When you buy from the Kusintha collection, you’re supporting a meaningful cause. The Kusintha project was launched in 2018 by Christian Bitz and his partner Lisette Rützou to help improve living conditions in some of the world’s poorest regions. Proceeds from the collection have already helped fund nine water wells, improve crop security and build a kindergarten in Malawi. A portion of every sale goes directly to the project. By 2025, over DKK 700,000 had already been raised, with the ongoing goal of donating at least DKK 200,000 annually to support new initiatives.
