The Brand Mimo
Mimo was created from a love for cooking, eating and traveling to Portugal, where beautiful ceramics have been made for centuries. Owners Bram and Sacha have both worked in the catering industry for years, enjoy working in the kitchen together and regularly throw extensive dinners for and with friends. During a trip through Portugal they ended up in a ceramics shop where they were so inspired that they instantly thought: we have to bring this to the Netherlands! And so Mimo began. Crockery to make dishes even more beautiful and create a restaurant feeling in your own home.
They opted for matte reactive glaze made from natural materials. This means that every plate is just a little bit different and every copy is unique.
