Représentable rents out stylish tableware, glassware, cutlery and table linen. The perfect solution if you have the desire to present something precial , but don't want to purchase something new. Whether it is for an informal drink, a fancy (Christmas) dinner, a birthday garden-party or a corporate event.
We are specialised in the rental for events up to 60 guests and offer an extensive range of special, non-mainstream items. This for every desired style and within every budget. Options for over 60 people are also available but more limited.

What items are available for rent?

What is the minimum quantity for rental items?
All items can be rented individually, there is no minimum quantity requirement for a rental order.
What are the rental costs?
The rental fee per day includiing VAT is stated for each item. Reduced prices apply to the horeca and event sector.
For one day extension 25 % of the rental fee will be charged. Any following day will be charged at 15 %.
There are no additional fixed costs. Any shortcoming, damage or breakage will be charged against 80 percent of the buy-in price minus the payed rental fee.
What's the ordering procedure? / I don't see an order button?
At the moment, it is unfortunately not possible to rent items directly through the website. However, placing a request is very easy via phone, WhatsApp, or e-mail.

Is it possible to have rental items delivered or have them picked up after use?
Yes, both are possible. Représentable works with contracted courier companies. Delivery costs depend on the location and on which day delivery/collection is required. A subcharge applies on weekends.
How are rental items delivered?
All crockery, glassware and cutlery are supplied in specially designed crates so they are well protected during transport. There is a deposit on these crates, which will be charged if the crates are not returned.
When can I pick up/return rental items?
The rental items can be picked up/delivered one day prior to the event. Rented items can be returned at the day after the event. Représentable charges 1 day's rent if the items are only used once within this period.
How should the rental items be returned?
All rental items must be returned clean/dry with the exception of table linen, which may be returned unwashed.
We recommend to count all items before returning them to avoid items being left at the event location. The items must be returned in the same crates as in which they were delivered and in such a way that the crates remain easily stackable. As example plates with the largest diameter must be placed in the largest dimension crates.
